You do not need to permanently live in these states.
However, you must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment to receive care.
(This is a telehealth licensing requirement.)

This call is not a medical visit. It is designed to provide clarity, direction, and alignment.
Step 2: Review Programs, Labs & Care Options
Based on your goals and complexity, we may recommend:
Individual lab review appointments
3-month or 6-month functional medicine programs
Year-long medication management options
The Heal Neuro Inflammation Program
The 35+ Weight Loss Blueprint
During or after your call, we clearly review:
What each option includes
Expected timelines and level of support
Pricing and payment options
Whether medication management is appropriate
There is no pressure to enroll during the call.
Costs, Insurance & Payment Transparency
We Do Not Accept Insurance
Rapha Functional Wellness is a cash-based functional medicine practice.
This model allows for longer visits, advanced testing, and personalized care not limited by insurance rules.
Superbills & Reimbursement
We provide superbills for eligible visits, which you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Many clients use Reimbursify to simplify this process.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your individual insurance plan.
Lab Testing: What We Use & Why
Serum Blood Labs (Insurance-Based)
We primarily use Quest Diagnostics for standard serum blood work.
Labs are ordered using ICD-10 diagnostic codes
This allows you to attempt insurance coverage
Coverage varies by plan and must be verified by the client
Payment is not always covered
Functional & Specialty Testing (Root-Cause Focused)
For deeper investigation, we also use specialty functional labs, which are typically not covered by insurance. These labs assess:
Gut health & microbiome balance
Hormones & adrenal function
Toxins & detox pathways
Genetics & methylation
Immune and neuroinflammatory markers
Mitochondrial & cellular health
Only labs that are clinically appropriate for you are recommended.

Compounding pharmacies are commonly used for:

Medication management is not included in every program and eligibility is determined during your consultation.
