Medication refills and lab orders require a scheduled appointment — they cannot be processed through messaging.
Clients on active medications or protocols must be seen at least twice per year, or as recommended by your provider.
If you are experiencing new symptoms or feel unwell, please schedule a 30-minute visit for proper evaluation and treatment.
