Collaborative Health Coaching Support: Grand Rising Wellness

At Rapha Functional Wellness, we believe sustainable healing requires both clinical strategy and consistent implementation.

That’s why we partner with Stacy Krawetzke, CFNC, founder of Grand Rising Wellness. Stacy works alongside Kristi Lorenc as part of our health coaching support team.

Together, they help clients stay accountable to their personalized treatment plans and translate clinical recommendations into practical, sustainable daily habits. Their holistic, practical approach reinforces the medical care provided through Rapha Functional Wellness and supports long-term lifestyle change.

Health coaching services provide education, accountability, and lifestyle guidance, but do not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment provided by Rapha Functional Wellness.

Collaborative Nutrition & Health Coaching Support: Functional Insight, LLC

We are proud to collaborate with Ginger Jilek, CNC, FBCS, HHC, LVDB, founder of Functional Insight LLC.

Ginger works with Rapha Functional Wellness as a health coach alongside Kristi Lorenc, providing nutrition-focused accountability and educational support between medical visits.

With over 15 years of experience, she brings a functional, whole-body approach to health with a strong emphasis on education and prevention. She is a Certified Nutrition Consultant through Hawthorn University, a Certified Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist, and a Certified Live and Dry Blood Analyst.

Her role within Rapha is to help clients better understand what their body is communicating and to support long-term health through nutrition guidance, lifestyle strategy, and targeted supplementation when appropriate — reinforcing the clinical treatment plan provided by Rapha Functional Wellness.
