At Rapha Functional Wellness, we offer a wide range of advanced functional lab tests to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guide personalized healing protocols. All labs are ordered by your provider, and may be collected at home or at a local draw site. Testing availability may vary based on your location and the program you are enrolled in.

💚 Comprehensive Stool Testing

Gut health is foundational to whole-body wellness. We routinely use advanced stool testing for clients with digestive complaints, autoimmune disease, skin issues, mood disorders, and unexplained fatigue. These tests provide a detailed snapshot of gut microbiome balance, digestion, inflammation, and infection.

Labs Used: GI-MAP (Diagnostic Solutions) or GI Effects (Genova)
Collection: At-home stool sample

Hormone balance is key to metabolism, mood, sleep, and energy. We use the DUTCH Complete test to assess sex and adrenal hormones, including cortisol rhythms and hormone detox pathways.

🦠 Thyroid Panel

Many clients come to us with symptoms of fatigue, weight changes, hair loss, or anxiety that relate to thyroid health. We go beyond standard TSH testing to evaluate a complete thyroid picture.

Labs Used: Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, or other local labs

📊 Advanced Lipid & Inflammation Markers

We assess cardiovascular and systemic inflammation through expanded lipid panels and key inflammatory biomarkers. These help identify early risks for chronic disease and allow us to customize lifestyle and supplement protocols.

🧐 SIBO Breath Testing

Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) is a common but underdiagnosed cause of gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea. We use breath testing to detect hydrogen and methane gas levels after consuming a sugar solution.
